1. you will email us for the order form, fill it in and email it back to us.
2. we will calculate the shipping charges based on the total weight of all your items.
3. we will then advise the total amount of your order, including shipping charges in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
4. if you are agreeable, please remit full payment. payment details will be communicated via e-mail.
5. we will place your order for you, and that's it!

what happens if my items are damaged/defective?
the websites we spree from have been tried and tested by us and there have been no issues with damaged/defective items so far. however, we will take on the responsibility of checking your items when they arrive, before sending it out to you.

how will i collect my items upon arrival?
meetup is strongly encouraged for paper/chipboard/cardstock items. this is to prevent any possible damage by local postal services.
meetup locations will be at either Sengkang MRT Station or Raffles Place/Tanjong Pagar MRT Stations.

what is your exchange rate?
our exchange rate is USD1 : SGD1.45

what happens if my item is out of stock?
we will refund the full amount for the item, including shipping charges already paid for.
